Experiential marketers are memory makers. We shape how audiences feel, interact, and remember brands. But with savvier audiences, how do we keep surprising, engaging, and resonating?
As we head to EDPA ACCESS, we’re ready to soak up the latest tools, data, and insights to tackle today’s challenges. But we’ve also got a few ideas of our own to share—both in Palm Desert and with our clients—about how to design experiences that stick.
#1 - Beyond Pretty: Designing with Purpose

For example, at CES 2024, we helped Panasonic promote its Green Impact initiative not only through messaging and interactive stations, but also by designing an experience that re-purposed existing Panasonic booth elements, utilized sustainable supplementary materials like Repreve fabrics and PVC-free vinyl, standardized sizing to promote and protect future reusability, and enacted efficiency practices that minimized our carbon footprint during booth setup. This approach allowed visitors to see, feel, and experience the brand’s commitment to eco-friendly practices, creating a powerful narrative that resonated with audiences on a deeper level.
#2 - Using Tech for a More Human Experience

For example, by considering factors like values, desires, emotional triggers, decision-making processes, and cultural influences, brands can incorporate technology that creates insightful choice-driven interactions or personalized/sharable content that helps the audience feel seen.
#3 - Engage The Senses

For example, at NACS, we helped Coca-Cola create an immersive mini-mart-style environment that gave retailers firsthand experience with the consumer trends and shifting habits of their shoppers. By engaging the senses of the guests, we placed them in their customer's shoes, and create a memorable, emotionally-driven that effectively showcased the use cases for Coca-Cola's latest innovations and the brand's forward-thinking approach to helping convenience stores thrive in a rapidly changing market.
Let’s Keep Pushing
The industry is changing fast, and EDPA ACCESS is the perfect place to discuss where it’s headed.
